It is rare to find an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that is not a honjozo.
It is fresh and rich, but easy to drink.
It is 20 degrees, so be careful, but the taste is too good for 1000 yen!
Moderate sweetness and robust flavor.
Citrus acidity can also be felt.
It has a taste that is not often found in regular sake or honjozo.
I heard that the price was raised to 1,200 yen from November, but I think it's still very cost-effective!
