Tonight we had a sweet and gorgeous sake for the first time in a while. We had #Shinanotsuru Jungin Hatsushibori from #Choseisha in Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture. It has a gorgeous flavor reminiscent of apples and pineapples. It becomes juicier and more delicious when mixed with cage 😊.
