The color is quite easy to recognize, a pale yellow with silver tints.
The top aroma is a refined ginjo aroma. The ginjo aroma has finally become a little more acceptable recently. Of course, it is okay because it is such a good sake.

I think it would go well with salads with fruit, carpaccio, and antipasto dishes. The bitterness that appears at the end is a very nice accent and adds depth.
It is a gorgeous sake that is so drinkable that it is hard to believe that it is 14% alcohol, but it is a good sake that is very easy to drink, just like Abe.
