A friend and his family came to visit.

We served with sardines.
The sake to go with it is Mejiro Sake Brewing Co.
Nakatori Daiginjo.
Affordable, purchased at the supermarket.
A pricey daiginjo, but not habitual.
It was dry and unexpectedly easy to drink.
It went well with oily fish.
