It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's cheap!
It has a fruity sweetness with just the right amount of acidity.
Elegant sweetness and umami.
A pleasant bitterness lingers in the mouth.
The overall balance is good and goes well with Japanese food.
It was a very delicious sake.
