The first thing I ordered was a very rare sake from neighboring Toyama Prefecture, Katsikoma ✨.
The aroma is very mild, with a hint of fruity melon, but I love it!
In the mouth, it has a mild, clear, beautiful sweetness and a mellow mouthfeel. ☺️
There is almost no bitterness or astringency, and it finishes with a gentle acidity✨.
The aroma on the nose is also fruity.
It is a very beautiful and high quality sake, as it is produced in small quantities with great attention to detail 😋.
I think a well balanced sake is delicious 🍶🍶.
