Sake from Aizu.
The aroma that rises is the aroma of fermented rice which is typical of Yamahai.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the flavor of rice, acidity and peculiarity.
The thickness is not so thick, but it is not so easy to drink by itself because of the peculiarity like Yamahai.
The aftertaste is moderately persistent, but clean and refreshing.
It is a classic Yamahai type of sake.
My personal preference is for Yamahai like Furozumi and Okura.
