AQE, a unit of volunteer breweries in Aomori Prefecture, produces Junmai-shu with the same rice, the same rice polishing ratio, the same yeast, the same label, and the same black bottle, The same sake rice, the same milling ratio, the same yeast, the same label, and the same black bottle. The sake rice is 70% polished Hanabukiyuki rice. The yeast used is Mahoroba Mellow. The first taste is a burst of gorgeous sweetness, followed by a slightly bitter and dry taste. It finishes dry with a bit of strong bitterness. It has a robust flavor. Full flavor. But the graininess is weaker than other AQEs. <Warmed. A sweet, lactic acidic taste.
