I bought a bottle by mistake.
It's the type that has a sake-like taste and umami!
Sake-like taste for a moment, and then the umami aftertaste lingers on.
It goes well with octopus, soy sauce, and olive oil.
Surprisingly, it didn't go well with the shrimp tsukudani, mozzarella, and olive oil.
