Very nice and unique. A dry snap to the first sip with some slightly grassy flavor followed by melon, cherries and slight floral nose. Excellent for food and a bit thinner in mouth feel than many sakes but I appreciate its difference from most I am used to. Enjoyed with some oven-baked salmon with seasoned and buttered cauliflower.
