The first meeting? The first party was at a Chinese restaurant in the basement of the Shinjuku Metropolitan Government Building and we had 4 bottles of Sawanoi.
I think I drank about 6 gou in total with the third 120ml bottle at this restaurant.
I was tired after work and on Tuesday night before my day off on Wednesday, so I felt like I drank a lot 😅.
I have always liked this sake, and it is my secret recommendation among Nagano's many beautiful and tasty sake.
This fire-aged Junmai sake is high quality👍.
I like its soft, peachy, fruity and fresh taste.
I am glad that they serve this as a regular recommendation.
