Fusano KankikuMonochrome 純米大吟醸
sibylla_tks
I opened a bottle of Sono Kankiku's Monochrome, which I hadn't been able to drink with my dinner!
Although it is called "Monochrome", it is gorgeous and fresh with a sense of fruitiness. I am intrigued by the umami and lingering aftertaste rather than the sweetness.
There is also a calm minerality that gives a very cohesive impression.
It doesn't interfere with the meal, and it's a slushy type of wine. It's not bad!
And a natural label purchase...
