Luxury drinking on an ordinary day
This year, we decided to give up on the comp as we missed out on getting No. Zero, and instead focused on No. 3 to No. 5, which were the top rated wines last year.
First, let's start with No. 3!
The theme was "Our deliciousness"!

Bitter citrus aroma
Bitter "umami" spreads quickly in the mouth.
Sweetness and sourness are almost imperceptible.
Then, mix in the lees.
The bitterness became even stronger. ⤴️
I felt it was young, so I stopped at this point and hoped for a change in taste.
4th day after opening the bottle
Both the supernatant only and the stirred version have changed to a grapefruit-like sweet and tasty acidity.
5th day after opening the bottle
No particular change.
It was decided that no further change in taste could be expected, and the bottle was drunk up.
To be honest, this year was not so good...
