The top aroma is weak, like sweet sake. The first thing you get is the supernatant, which is a crisp, dry, acidic, bitter, and juicy image. It has a nice sharpness. Next, it is stirred. It is delicious with a slightly creamy taste added to the tangy, dry, acidic and bitter taste. It tastes better during the meal than on its own. As the temperature rises, the sweetness comes out. Before Dawn goes very well with a meal. It went well with my homemade hamburger steak. It goes well with a mixture of ketchup and sauce. Dawn Mae goes well with anything, Japanese or Western food. It goes well with strong flavors. The tanginess is different from that of nigori sake, which is junmai (pure rice) sake. Also, the image of Junmai is more bitter. Compared to nigori from Kawanakajima, Kawanakajima has a sweeter image.
