We opened the bottle before the victory party to commemorate the completion of an acquaintance's exam.
With a 40% rice polishing ratio and low alcohol content, it was very clear and refreshing!
It is not so glamorous, but it is so easy to drink that you may wonder if it is even sake at all. It is so easy to drink that you may mistake it for a soft drink without even feeling the alcohol.
