としき
Purchased at Wadaya. This is the sake I wanted to try the most at the moment.
When I opened the bottle, I was surprised to find that it was so fizzy that the cork almost blew out in my hand.
The smell was very fragrant and juicy like apples.
The first sip was elegant like a champagne, and after the second sip, I felt the complexity and delicacy of the flavor with a meal. It seems to go well with Western food.
Unfortunately, I have not tried Yamadanishiki or any other regulation of Sansho, so I cannot tell the difference, but I would definitely like to compare them if I have the chance.
