I had the Koshi Tachiharu Asa Shibori Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo.
The nose has a very strong fruity aroma like muscat 😊It has a nice aroma that is typical of Koshi👍.
In the mouth, a firm sweetness fills the palate, but is broken up by a slight bitterness and a tangy, slightly effervescent sensation.
Mmmm, it's still delicious!
Both the year before last and last year, the back of the label for the Risshun Asa Shibori had the word "Daikichi" on it!
