tomy
I used to buy all the sake from Koueikiku, but Harusion was only acidic, and so was Snokure, so I decided to stay away from them. The distributor was far away. I had not had it for a long time and wondered what it was like. This wine is delicious, with a fragrance that is typical of Koueikiku, and the acidity, sweetness, umami, and bitterness are all there. It's good.
I tried heating it up. Not bad, but not necessary.
Easy to drink, but the 17% alcohol content means you have to drink it slower than you would with other Kouei Kiku or you'll get drunk faster.
