Yesterday, after work, I had a drink of yakitori with my friends around Shiba Daimon.
Since we were there, we ordered a sake from Kyoto that had not yet been mapped out.
It has a subtle, thick texture and a strong flavor. A little fruity.
But the system of this restaurant?
I've never had a saucer on my 🍶 to catch the overflowing sake!
And it's not a boar cup or a glass, but a miniature beer mug.
It's a little funny.
