Sake Women's Party: Hot Weather (1)
Last weekend, on a very hot day, we had a sake girls' party and drank a lot of beer, and we chose our favorite bottles of summer sake to take home in the order of who won the rock-paper-scissors-scissors game.
This Kamo Kanehide is a refreshing summer sake. It has a light finish that flows easily.
It goes well with vinegared food and pressed sushi. ❗️ It is also perfect with cold takikomi. ‼️ Dry food also goes well with it. ❣️ I failed to try it, but I bet it would go well with chilled tofu too ✨.
But it doesn't go well with hot dishes, but it's not good enough 😆 I tried it with yakiniku at the end, but it's still normal 😅.
It is an elegant summer sake that does not blur from the image of Kamo Kanehide, which chooses the dishes.
