Freshly shiboritate of Garden Uguisu bought at a local liquor store. When the bottle was opened, there was still a slight gassy feeling and I immediately enjoyed it.
First, the aroma was slightly sweet. When you drink it, the sweetness of the sake runs through your mouth at once from the slight gassy feeling on the palate, but because the sweetness is elegant and clean, it is not dull or heavy, and the aftertaste has a nice sharpness.
It is hard to believe that this sake was priced at 1,500 yen.
