Masaaki Sapporo
7.5 points (wife: 7 points) Rice Source : 100% "Kitashizuku" grown in Higashikawa-cho, Hokkaido Rice polishing ratio : 55 Sake meter : undisclosed Acidity : Undisclosed Alcohol content : 15 Store Buy it at Goyado Shikishimasou (Tenninkyo Onsen, Higashikawa-cho, Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido) Slightly green apple-like top The same subdued aroma, rich rice flavor and a little sweetness spreads with a fine acidity, and then it finishes with a slight bitterness and a little bit of alcohol spiciness. It has a strong umami of rice, but the spiciness of the alcohol in the latter half refreshes it. It has a somewhat classical impression, and should be enjoyed with a meal rather than as a stand-alone wine. Sake from a brewery that uses melted snow water from Mt. Went well with the food at the inn.
