Strong pineapple and slight lactic acidity, with a gorgeous label-like top note.
The texture is smooth and smooth, and the palate is filled with a thick, mellow sweetness that spreads with a slight bitterness. The bitterness then builds to a crescendo and finally finishes in inverse proportion to the bitterness.
Overall, the wine is well-balanced, gorgeous, and highly finished, but I personally prefer it without bitterness. It is like a Kameizumi cel that has been balanced by adding bitterness and complexity.
