まるわ
This is the taste of sake from long ago.
It is nostalgic.
Sweet, sweet and a little sticky.
Reminds me of when I was young and broke.
A warming drink.
The horse mackerel is also delicious.
The atmosphere of Takaraiya changes at once when you go up to the special junmai class. It has a firm flavor and crispness that is typical of Oita.
However, I feel most at home with honjozo.

Good evening, Maruwa 😊.
I have had Takaraiya's special junmai in one cup and it was a good sake, but the honjozo with horse mackerels sounds good too.

Hiraccio, good evening.
This honjozo was quite good.
It is a sweet sake with a profound sense of depth, which is what Oita is all about, and you can really feel the goodness of the honjozo.
