Tsukiji New Year's food shopping completed.
We enjoyed the tuna butts from Tsukiji, a salad with loosened Kentucky Fried Chicken, and a soup made from soup stock made from boiled Kentucky Fried Chicken bones, which was warmed to lukewarm.
The cold sake was sweet, while the lukewarm sake gave it a delicious flavor and sharpness.
