Mellow sake. The aroma was like alcohol in the ginjo aroma, but in the mouth it was juicy and concentrated, with a sweet fruity flavor and a sense of depth and maturity. I liked it so much that the first sip made me say, "Yum! I liked the taste so much that I let out a voice saying, "Oh, yummy! It was my first time drinking it, but it was delicious! I received this as a gift from someone at work.
