The last sake of 2023 was also
Kaze no Mori.
It is a mid-sake.
Pressed slowly, soft flavor.
The usual slightly shrieky feeling.
Nakatoro (medium fatty tuna), akami (red fish), mozuku (seaweed), ikura (salmon roe), grilled scallion, and hamaguri tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce).
Why are they all there?
