Purchased from Iwai Kotobuki Shoten in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
As soon as the bottle is opened, the ginjo aroma comes out. It has a moderate sweetness and umami flavor. It is a fresh and very beautiful sake. I would like everyone to drink it.
