Sparkling is good. It goes in smoothly. It's not too sweet and it's very straightforward to drink.
In spite of the label that says "be careful of blowing out," it is lightly cloudy.
I chilled it in the refrigerator, shifted the underside every day, and opened it the day my son and daughter-in-law came home.
The alcohol content was a little low and everyone seemed to find it easy to drink.
