Comparison of Sawaya Matsumoto Moribashiri. The rice fields where the rice was grown are the same for both 2016 and 2017. In other words, only the year of production is different, but everything else is the same.
To be honest, it is difficult to find the difference between the two, but I felt that the 2017 has a more pronounced aroma. In contrast, the 2016 has a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
