Alcohol content: 15%. Rice : Hanabukiyuki, Mashigura Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: +4 Acidity: 1.3 Hato Masamune is one of Aomori's most popular local sake brands. It has not been widely available in Tokyo, but for some reason IMADEYA has recently begun to carry more and more of it. Another brand of Hato Masamune is Hakkouda Oroshi. It was sold as a cup sake when it was sold at IMADEYA, but what does it taste like? Let's take a look! The lactic acid sour aroma, the soft and slightly sweet brewing water, the slightly silky flavor with hints of lactic acidity and full of umami...so far so mellow, but from here on, it suddenly has a strong sharpness! It suddenly shows a light, dry sharpness that comes from a slight astringency. Hato Masamune does not just make silky sweet sake, but also this kind of local sake. A wonderful discovery! Thank you again for this evening!
