A sake often referred to as doburoku.
It has a sweet taste, and although the alcohol content is a little high, it is easy to drink without feeling it.
You can drink it in a gulp and the goodness will come back to you later.
It is delicious with some mirinboshi (dried sweet sake with mirin).
