Tonight's sake is Junmai Ginjo "Bangaishin," a blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo, which I purchased in February, but since it was in a bottle, I opened it during GW when the sake drinkers gathered. The aroma is gorgeous and rich...delicious.
