When I drank it, I found a sourness reminiscent of yogurt, a firm umami, and a slight sweetness. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The aroma is also lactic acidic.

This is the best Yuho I have ever tasted.
I don't know if I am the only one to say this, but I felt that Yuho has risen to a higher stage.
I'm glad it's a local sake.
