The brewery uses natural water from the Daisetsu Mountains and three types of sake rice from Hokkaido: Comet, Ginpu and Kitashizuku.
I received Kamikawa Daisetsu Shuzo, which was introduced on Mo Satte, as a hometown tax payment.
Sweet, easy to drink, goes well with meals! It was delicious.
