This is the third collaboration between SENKYO and SAKELABO TOKYO. This is an extremely ambitious challenge, aiming to surpass the shockingly fresh taste of the first product, which was freshly squeezed by directly pumping a light nigori. The brewer is said to be pursuing a mellow flavor by refrigerated storage after direct pumping, and expectations are high for this product!
It has a fresh aroma like freshly picked apples, and when you take a sip, the fresh taste of freshly picked fruit fills your mouth! After the mellow flavor spreads, the sweet and sour acidity that is typical of Senkyoku colors the lingering taste.
It is as good as the first one!
