The first impression immediately after opening the package is fruity and gorgeous. Then comes a distinct sweetness and a slightly subdued acidity, and finally a hint of bitterness.
I paired it with tonight's menu, grilled chicken with onion sauce. It went well with this dish, but next time, I would like to try it with something dry and savor it with sake as a main course.
I also tried it in a wine glass, but I felt that it was less sake-like and more fruity and gorgeous.
