Slightly yellowish in color.
The aroma is heavy and richly sweet. Chestnuts in syrup and sweet daifuku.
In the mouth, there are flavors of boiled syrup and brown sugar, followed later by a robust sweet mochi and astringent rice flavor.
When swallowed, it rises with a heavy sweetness and strong, complex bitterness.
The lingering sweetness and bitterness was followed by a slight acidity with hints of cherry and plum!
A mouthful of rich sweetness and umami on a grand scale!
It is sweet and very rich, so I would like to drink it on the rocks or at a higher temperature for a leisurely sipping!
I had an image that Shinshin means dry, but I guess it means very sweet since it's on the back side of the bottle!
