辛子蓮根
My first time in the village! For some reason, I bought the summer sake, not the standard one, just to get it before it was gone.... The aroma is subdued, with a slight hint of cooked rice. It has a slight acidity and a crisp finish, making it THE summer sake! As the temperature rises, the lactic acidic flavor stretches out~. If you want to pair it with a cold dish with ponzu, or salmon meuniere with tartar sauce. I'd like to try the Junmai Daiginjo (the green one) next!
