I drank a chilled bottle of Akaban Omachi, a cargo tag sake from Kamo Nishiki Shuzo. I had never heard of this sake before. I asked the owner of the liquor store, "I like Saku, Hououmida, and Kido, so which sake has a similar taste?" He told me that he recommended this sake made with rice from Okayama, so I bought it.
This sake is delicious.
It is a sake with a crisp sensation in the mouth and a gorgeous daiginjo aroma. I would like to thank the owner of the liquor store. I recommend it to everyone.
