I have never seen this before.
I've heard a lot about using wine yeast... but aging in red wine barrels? I'm too curious! I grilled some meat at home and opened the bottle when the kids had settled down: ❗️
The aroma is red wine 🍷 and the color is rosé? It's a little bit slightly pink 🩷.
The taste is a good combination of red wine and sake. The aroma and acidity are wine-like, while the mild sweetness and umami of the rice is sake-like.
