Satisfaction: ★★★★☆
Aroma of fruit, though not strong, when the bottle is opened.
When it is poured into a cup, it has a foamy taste.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the fruit aroma, sweetness, and sourness, followed by a sharp sharp finish.
It is mildly delicious.
There is no bitterness or sawdust smell, and it is a great food sake.
It has the same melon-like flavor as Eikoufuji and Sharaku's Sake Mirai. This one has the feeling of a blue melon.
Sake Mirai has three varieties, but they are all delicious.
There are some Yamadanishiki sake that I don't like, so maybe I prefer Sake Mirai, although it is not only a factor of the sake rice.
I would like to find a Sake Mirai that is not to my taste.
