This bottle was reserved a while ago. When the bottle is opened, it has a pear-like aroma. In the mouth, it has a firm sweetness, followed by a bitter taste that lingers in the back of the throat. Weak tingling sensation on the tip of the tongue. When paired with raw cauliflower/aurola sauce, the bitterness disappears and is a nice touch. After the burger, it mellows out overall and is even easier to drink.
The sake was in its element when paired with food.
