Only at Kigawaya
Aizan 100% pure sake + Polishing 45 is very limited and only available at Kigawaya.
The head aroma is a gorgeous, mature aroma of pineapple and lychee.
There are few hints of fragrance, sweetness, and a bitterness that calms the taste.
The sweetness is not the typical Aizan sweetness, but it is restrained, but still has the atmosphere of Aizan!
Even though it is restrained, it is still juicy!
The sweet and bitter are in harmony with each other, and it is a little thrilling.
It's like spring in the second week, or the first time for adults!
It was certainly worth the trip to Yamagata!

It seems that Mr. Mitsuo Yamakawa is not in Aomori.
I found them wrapped in newspaper in the back of the fridge, giving off a strange vibe, but I was relieved to see that they were neatly labeled inside!
