Compared to last year, the flavor of Shinsei is not as good as I expected right after opening the bottle 🤔?
I think it's more sparkling and drier...
As you continue to drink it, the new flavor comes out little by little and it is slightly carbonated 👅 and the aroma of the wooden vat goes through your nose 👃.

I was so eager to get the No.6 by today! I had been eagerly waiting for the No.6 to open today... but it's getting harder and harder to find every year....
I just happened to be able to get it and opened the bottle on this day 🤣.
I'm thankful to be able to drink it 🥰.
