Bamboo grove, bamboo leaves, oregano, walnut, pear. Slightly fruity on the palate, but edgy and dry from then on. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink despite its dryness.

This is a rare dry Arahashiri from Hakurei Shuzo in Miyazu City, Kyoto Prefecture. While it has a dry and refreshing core, the unfinished ambiguity of the flavor is like that of Aragashiri. The drawback is that as you taste it, you can detect a bitter taste with a sense of ethanol. Speaking of easy-to-drink dry, the previous Hakurakuboshi, but while Hakurakuboshi is slightly sweet, this one is completely dry.
