Sake from Kami Town, Hyogo Prefecture
We will start the new year with this bottle of sake, Kozutsuru Shiboritate.
This year, like last year, it has a super melon flavor, and even the top notes are melon. It has a sweet taste when swallowed, but it is basically dry.
The liquid is almost colorless and clear, with a few clear legs.
