For our second bottle of balcony drinking, we opened a new bottle of one of our favorite sakes, Yokoyama 🍶😃.
The name 1814 comes from the fact that it was brewed by crossing yeast #18 with yeast #14👍.
As expected of Yokoyama, it does not disappoint👍!
Fresh and full of umami 😋.
It is not so much sweet and umami as it is fresh and dry with a slightly tangy taste 👍
