Wakamusume is one of my favorite sake 😘.
This is my first time to have Hanabana.
The firm acidity spreads at once 😁.
It is juicy! I thought it was juicy, but then my mouth was enveloped by a sweetness that was not clingy. It is a rounded sweetness.
It's so relaxing ‾☺️
It has been a long time since we have had a sake which has such sweetness in the front.
I served it with Satsuma-age (fried fish cake) with ginger soy sauce, and it became one with the taste of Wakamusume.
