くろりんIt's been a long time (22 years!) since I was a student. It has been 22 years since I last had a party with my friends from school.
A friend of mine who lives in Kyoto brought this red sake.
I was surprised at the appearance and also surprised at the taste.
It was sweet and sour, more like wine (rosé) than sake.
We enjoyed it with a home-cooked meal prepared by the wife of our host friend.
